Drive In Autosound Policy

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from DRIVE IN AUTOSOUND you may refund the merchandise within Thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. You may receive a refund, or house credit good for any future purchase. In order to receive this refund or credit, we require that the returned merchandise be in new, complete and original condition. Closeout, special sale items and "as is" items cannot be returned.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All returned/exchanged products must be brand new, 100% complete with all parts and packing materials, less than 30 days old, and less than 30 minutes on cell phone. All returns must have original proof of purchase provided.

RESTOCKING FEES:
A restocking fee of at least 25% will be charged for merchandise returns without original packing materials, original boxes, missing parts, and the like.

MERCANDISE NOT RETURNABLE:

1. SPECIAL ORDERS are not returnable. Special orders are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

2. LABOR may not be returned.

3. INSURANCE REPLACEMENT merchandise is not returnable. This includes replacement dashes/bezels, ashtrays, armrest, special painting, glass repair, etc.

REFUNDS:
No refunds will be issued for purchases made with a Gift Certificate. Refund check(s) will be processed and mailed after approximately 14 working days. All refunds which were originally paid in the form of cash or check, are in the form of an office issued refund check, cash refunds from the store are not authorized for amounts over $50.00. If the purchases was paid by credit card or was financed, the appropriate account will be credited.

HOUSE CREDIT:
May be used towards any merchandise at DRIVE IN AUTOSOUND.

LAYAWAY DEPOSITS:
Layaway deposits on open orders become non-refundable after 90 days with no activity.

DAMAGE:
DRIVE IN AUTOSOUND is not responsible for damage to the car or theft of any possession inside the customer's care while parked on DRIVE IN AUTOSOUND's premises.

LOW PRICE GUARANTEE:
If you find a lower price within 60 days of your purchase, including our own sale price, we will gladly refund 110% of the difference, excluding close-out and special sale items.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:
Any warranties on the product sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. DRIVE IN AUTOSOUND, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including an implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. DRIVE IN AUTOSOUND neither assumes not authorized any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said product. An express mechanic's lien is acknowledged on vehicle to secure the amount of repairs there to.
